Partnership Agreement Created

This document defined William Calfee, Robert Gates, Helene McKinsey, Mary Orwen, Ben Summerford, and Alice Denney as equal partners to “own and operate the gallery.” Each partner provided a capital contribution of $100 to the gallery. The document further defined that “participating artists” would pay the gallery $15/month for the operation of the gallery, until it could become self-sustaining.
